To accurately measure for a new window screen, users should remove the existing screen and measure the top, bottom, and sides of the window frame, including the frame in the measurement. Depth (frame thickness) should also be measured. Customers can double-check their measurements to ensure the most accurate fit. If no existing screen is available, the window frame's screen channel can be measured, and 1/8" can be subtracted from the length and width.
